MLC rides the RUB Hooter's Ride, Sept. 9th, 2006
The R.U.B. Hooter's annual ride is Sept. 9th, 2006. If you plan to ride in this ride and want to ride it as a group, you will have a couple of options to do so. If you want to just meet for breakfast and do the R.U.B ride, meet us at the Denny's at Hwy 290 and 1960 east. If you are heading north on 290, exit Hwy6/1960 and turn right. The Denny's is about a block on the right. Meet at Denny's for breakfast at 07:31am. Meet at Denny's to ride at 08:32am. That is your first option. Your second option is to meet those that want to take a little ride in the country before meeting for breakfast. We will meet at the Shell Station in Alvin at Hwy 35 and FM 528 at 05:44am with Kick Stands up at 05:59am. We plan to ride 1462, 521, 42, 1462 to 762 up to I-10, head east along the service road to Hwy 6, and then north to Denny's on 1960. Hoping to arrive at Denny's around 0724am.
