Live to ride. Ride to eat.

About Us:

Mid-Life Cycles is a group of friends living in and around Houston Texas, who happen to have some things in common - one being motorcycles. Our love for riding brought us together, making the relationships with our friends and bikes even more meaningful. We travel near and far, enjoying great friends, beautiful sights and fun times.

Mid Life Cycles / Pearland Holiday Parade- Dec.2nd

It is official as of today, our entry fee has been paid to participate in the Pearland Holiday Parade. The theme is "Around The World". They want the entries to be lighted, so be looking for ways to light up your Iron Horse as we light the path to winning another Trophy for Best Theme this. The catagories for Trophies are: Best Overall, First Runner Up Best Overall, Best Theme "Around The World" (if you have any ideas for the group on this one speak up quick so we can mobilize), and Best Walking, which will not pertain to us. So, like last year, we have a shot at 3 Trohpies. Dress up your ride, and come ride the parade with us. Details for a Parade Practice are on the website below this article. Check out the details there. I spoke with the Parade Coordinator and once again, we will get to be near the front of the parade. We will also employ a parade riding formation to keep the bikes moving and running cool and from what I hear, if done right, looks pretty impressive. If you want to ride up with the group to the staging area, please show up at the Walmart on Dixie Farm Road and FM 518 at 3:46 pm, kick stands up at 4:01 pm to make a short ride to the staging area. You must be at the staging area no later than 4:30. The parade starts at 6pm. The time between 4:30 and 6 will pass quickly and can be used to decorate your bike with items that otherwise would fall off at high speeds. After the parade, we have been invited to Craig, Sheri and Natalie's home for Gumbo. We will take a moment after the parade to take off those items that can't handle the speed, then we will proceed down to their home in League City. If you have any other questions, please contact me at midlifecycles2@aol.com. Hope to see you there. Spongebob
