Live to ride. Ride to eat.

About Us:

Mid-Life Cycles is a group of friends living in and around Houston Texas, who happen to have some things in common - one being motorcycles. Our love for riding brought us together, making the relationships with our friends and bikes even more meaningful. We travel near and far, enjoying great friends, beautiful sights and fun times.

Recently there was a discussion on our Yahoo Groups site about how Mid Life Cycle members were spread out across the U.S.A as well as the world. My next door neighbor, Robert, some time back took up a job that requires him to work in and out of the country quite a bit. He travels mostly to Hong Kong. This evening, we were both out doing yard work (fun fun) when he called over to me to tell me that he had brought back a Harley Davidson T-Shirt from the Harley dealership in Hong Kong. He said he brought it back so we could auction it off. I asked where he would like the money to go and he responded The Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation. I told him I would put something together, much like I did with the shirt I brought back from Maui.

Rules for the auction are as follows:
1. Bidding starts at Noon on June 9th and will continue until June 26th, ending at Mid Night.
2. Bidding will only be accepted by sending your bid to my email address at
midlifecycles2@aol.com. No bids placed on the Yahoo Group page will be accepted, it must be sent to me in email form at the above address.

3. All money raised from this auction will be sent to the Pediatric Brain Tumor Foundation in Ashville, N.C..
4. The winning bid will get the shirt (Size XL), the dealership sticker and the Harley Davidson bag.

5. Pics of the shirt will be posted on our main website at
www.midlifecycles.com. In the pics you will see the shirt, the white round dealership sticker and the bag.

6. I will post updates periodically during the process to show what the winning bid is at that particular time.

7. If you have any questions, please contact me at my email address listed above in item #2.

I would like to thank Robert, who hasn't had time to ride with us since taking on his new postion, but has not forgotten us or the good work we try to do for the kids. Now, let the bidding begin!

Thanks,
Spongebob
